My Callings

As a former competitive athlete, I’ve always been captivated by the human body—its interconnectedness, resilience, and incredible ability to heal and adapt. That fascination sparked a lifelong journey exploring how the mind and body influence one another. I got my start at the Mamba Academy, playing soccer for Mamba FC—a team that was part of Kobe Bryant’s vision to develop strong, disciplined athletes. I was fortunate to be coached by leaders who emphasized not just technical skills, but also mindset, leadership, and the power of consistent daily habits. It was there that I first recognized that true athletic success goes beyond physical ability—it’s about taking care of the whole person.


Over time, I realized that long-term performance and injury prevention required more than just training hard. I began integrating yoga, mindfulness, and nutrition into my routine to support both my body and my mind. That evolution led me to create Alchemy Athlete—a program designed to support the whole athlete through physical conditioning, mental resilience training, recovery practices, and holistic tools that promote longevity, balance, and performance on and off the field. Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and mentorship, I help athletes rewire their mindset, strengthen their bodies, and develop lasting habits that support sustainable success.


My path into natural health deepened after an eye-opening reflexology session where I discovered how one point on the foot could influence the function of an organ. That moment shifted everything for me. I became curious about the body’s innate intelligence and began immersing myself in plant medicine and traditional healing. I studied herbalism in Costa Rica and later earned my certification from Trinity School of Natural Health, weaving together what I learned into every area of my life and work.

Out of that passion and rooted in the belief that the earth provides what we need to restore and rebalance. In addition to sports performance and recovery training, I run my herbal practice through one-on-one consultations, seasonal workshops, and healing retreats. I focus on helping individuals embrace a balanced, natural lifestyle that empowers them to understand their bodies and work in harmony with nature. My work is deeply rooted in restoring balance to the mind, body, and spirit using plant medicine, intuitive energy work, and time-honored healing practices. I also create handcrafted herbal remedies—from teas and tinctures to salves and soaks—that can be custom-made for you, your family, or your team.  I offer tools and support to help others reconnect with the rhythms of nature and their own innate ability to heal.


Whether I’m guiding an athlete through a mental toughness session or supporting a client with an herbal wellness plan, my mission remains the same: to help people reconnect with their inner strength, align with their true nature, and create sustainable practices that nurture the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. My work bridges the gap between performance and healing, offering a holistic path for growth, resilience, and long-term well-being.
