As a former competitive athlete, I’ve always been captivated by the human body—its interconnectedness, resilience, and ability to heal and adapt. This fascination sparked a lifelong passion for exploring how the mind and body influence one another. My journey began as a youth soccer player at the Mamba Academy, where I learned the importance of mental toughness and discipline. As I played throughout my career, I realized that taking care of my body naturally was key to building consistent performance and long-term health. This led me to explore holistic practices that address both the physical and mental aspects of well-being.
My journey into natural health took a pivotal turn when I had an eye-opening experience in reflexology, where I discovered how a single point on the foot could influence the body’s organs. This realization deepened my respect for the body’s innate intelligence and inspired me to dive further into natural healing methods. I studied herbalism in Costa Rica and later earned my certification from Trinity Natural School of Health, learning how plant medicine and other natural remedies support the body. I’ve embraced a holistic lifestyle that integrates ancient healing methods with modern practices, including herbal remedies, yoga, meditation, fitness, and nutrition, to cultivate balance, vitality, and optimal well-being.
I believe in going deep into the root of both physical and mental health. Through mindful practices such as meditation, breathwork, yoga, and affirmations, I help athletes rewire their bodies and minds for optimal performance. I mentor athletes not only in their physical training but also in developing mental toughness, resilience, and a deeper connection to their overall well-being. My approach integrates holistic techniques like herbalism, sports performance physical training, and mental health practices, providing a well-rounded method to foster growth.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I host herbal workshops and retreats focused on athletic recovery and maintenance, helping individuals embrace a balanced, natural lifestyle. I guide my clients to live in tune with nature, plants, and their own bodies, ensuring they are equipped with the tools needed to succeed in both sports and life. My work is rooted in helping others restore harmony to their mind, body, and spirit while teaching them to care for their bodies holistically and embrace natural healing.
