Our coaching integrates mental training, bodywork therapies, yoga, breathwork, and nutrition, providing athletes with the tools to build resilience, recover effectively, and perform at their best in competition and everyday life.

Recovery is essential for maintaining peak performance and preventing injury. I incorporate alternative bodywork therapies such as compression, cupping, and rolling to accelerate muscle recovery, improve circulation, and restore balance to the body.

In 2022, Coach Bella led the San Clemente girls' soccer team to multiple championships, making history along the way. In her first year of coaching, she took a group of underdogs and transformed them into champions, fostering strong minds and significantly improving their athletic abilities. Her leadership not only secured several titles but also brought an undefeated season to a team once considered unlikely to succeed.
